There are so many who are financially hurting, and can't afford many of the holistic practitioners out there, so I have been guided to use a sliding scale for most of what I offer.

*This does NOT include Raindrop Therapy, Reiki Classes, and Karuna Reiki classes.
How to Choose Your Price:
Just ask yourself how much would it be worth to you to release pain, stress, sadness, anger, trauma, negative beliefs etc. and turn it into peace and joy in your life?
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a simple, gentle, hands-on energy technique that is used for stress reduction and relaxation. Reiki can also complement any medical or psychological care someone may be receiving. The human body is very powerful, and it has the ability to heal itself. Most people enjoy a wonderful, peaceful feeling after their first session. If there has been long term issues that have affected the body, multiple sessions may be required to facilitate the level of relaxation needed by the body to heal itself.
Before the Reiki session begins, I talk with the client, to get a better sense of what he/she may be needing. I then have the client lay on a massage table (fully clothed) and have them start to relax and get into a meditative state. I start at the head and work my way down. I try to clear the aura, heal the chakras, and help relax, so that the healing can begin. After a session, the client can lay on the table to soak up the good energy around them. After the client feels like they are ready to talk, I go over what I noticed during the session. I also let the client know that I will be getting in touch with them in 2 days to see how they are feeling, and if they have any questions for me. Reiki is a form of energy work & there is little to no touching. The client will stay clothed during this session.
Karuna Reiki
Karuna Reiki is a Sanskrit word meaning "any action that is taken to diminish the suffering of others". Karuna is the motivating quality of all spiritual beings, who are working to end suffering on earth. Karuna is a stronger, more compassionate, type of Reiki! Karuna Reiki opens you to work more closely with all enlightened beings. This includes those who are physically present, as well as those in spirit. It is a beautiful session for all.
Distance Reiki
If you are unable to come to my office, I am able to give a Reiki session, even if we are not in the same room. During a Distance Reiki session, I ask that you take an hour and lay down, relax, and clear your mind. Listen to some relaxing music, meditate, or whatever works for you. After I am done with my session, I will call you and see how you are doing. This is a wonderful way to get a session in when you are sick or unable to get around well.

Reiki Classes
I offer classes to those people interested in this amazing healing technique. There are three levels one must go through to be become a Reiki Master. Once you become a Reiki Master, you have the opportunity to help teach a class so you can become a Reiki Teacher. You only need to progress as far as you want, a Master status is not for everyone. For each class I will provide you with a manual and a binder full of information that will help you on your path. After the class ends, my job is not yet done! I make myself available to all my students after the class ends. If anything comes up you may have a question about, feel free to call or email me. I do NOT encourage taking all 3 classes within a short period of time!! There is a cleansing process that happens after each attunement you receive during each class. That is a very important time, and you need to allow yourself to be cleansed and let the attunement really sink in. Let that cleasing time be a time of healing! A $50 deposit is non-refundable.

Karuna Reiki Practitioner II, you will be attuned to 4 symbols. Karuna Reiki Master, you will be attuned to the Master Symbol. You will be provided workbooks for each class. If you are a Reiki Master/Teacher, you will be able to teach Karuna Reiki after the Master class! A $50 deposit is non-refundble.

Jin Shin
Jin Shin is an ancient Oriental healing art. This meridian based energy work uses 26 different points in varying combinations or ‘flows’ to access and open the energies of the body. In the practice of Jin Shin the client lays on their back on a treatment table, fully clothed. After their pulses are taken at the wrists to assess which of these flows are most appropriate for each individual client, light touch is applied to a series of points or flow pattern, to open the flow of energy. These points are held until a pulse is felt indicating the client has done as much as they need to at that point at that time. Jin Shin is non-invasive and safe as the client not the practitioner is in control of the healing that occurs. The client’s body takes in the energies that it needs and uses them as it sees fit. As the energy opens relaxation and healing occurs. As with all energy work this is a subtle but powerful modality
Meridian Tapping
Meridian Tapping is a method based on the fact that emotional trauma contributes greatly to disease and physical ailments. Scientific studies have shown that Meridian Tappings has the ability to rapidly reduce the emotional impact of memories and incidents that trigger emotional distress. Once the distress is reduced or removed, the body can often rebalance itself, and accellerate healing. The client is given a "Basic Recipe" on how to this at home, that way they have a tool to use when it is needed!

Light Touch Reiki Sessions for Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)
This session is geared toward men and women diagnosed with a TBI. This session helps the client's Nervous System, and helps ease the Fright or Flight response. This session lasts about 45 minutes, the client stays fully clothed, while listening to relaxing music. If you have any questions, please let me know!
Raindrop Therapy
Raindrop Technique is a technique using a vita flex motion, and essential oils, applied on various locations of the body to bring it structural and electrical alignment. It is designed to bring balance to the body with its relaxing and mild application. It will help align the energy centers of the body and release them if blocked, without using hard pressure or trying to force the body to change, which should never be done. The essential oils that are used are: Valor, Thyme, Oregano, Cypress, Wintergreen, Basil, Peppermint, and Marjoram. I also add Reiki into the session while the essential oils sink into the body. I also like to do a little Reiki afterwards!

Unlike Tarot Card Readings, Oracle cards provide insight and positive outlooks for people. They are meant to help guide you on the path you are meant to be on. They offer ideas on how to get you through times that don't seem to have a lot of options. It does NOT tell the future, just helps guide you there!

Every session is different, sometimes I get pictures, a "sense", or a voice that helps me get an answer to the clients question. Sometimes these responses are clear, and sometimes they are a little blurry. In that case, I try to have the client talk or ask more qustions, in order to get a clearer answer. I do not claim to see the future, but I try to help lead you down your specific path.

I am more than happy to consult with your physician/therapist, so together, we can come up with sessions that fit your needs. When you receive energy work, and you are on therapeutic medications that need to be monitored, I recommend letting your physician know that your levels may need to be checked more often.
